With super simple guided breathing (and practical, no laying on the floor!) , your body can move out of stress mode and into a calmer, more regulated state.

You’ll learn simple, practical breathing techniques you can use at home, especially during those times when stress or overwhelm start to build.

We’ll walk through why essential oils work from a biological perspective, and how to choose ones you can trust in a space where quality can vary a lot.
