In this class, we’ll explore natural ways to support your body when pain shows up. We’ll talk about calming the nervous system, supporting inflammation, easing tension, and creating simple daily habits that help your body feel safer and more comfortable.

You’ll leave with clear education, practical tools you can actually use, and a supportive, realistic approach to feeling better in your body at any age.

Certified Emotional Release Coach and Energy Medicine Practitioner, specializing in essential oils, sound, and light therapy.

Amanda Rahija

She supports healthier, less toxic living through education, simple habits, and doTERRA essential oils. With nearly 20 years in social work and lived experience with breast cancer, she brings a practical, compassionate approach to stress, mood, and life transitions.
